Oh yeah, my first time in New Mexico

This is Claire acting all silly for the camera. She was glad to be in NM because that meant she could get out of the car.

This is my cousin, Brittany. She turned 16 and had a party in Carlsbad, NM, so I went with my aunt to the party. This is the gift I made for her. I specially painted the pottery to match her bedroom. It is a jewelry box.

I really did have a good time in New Mexico. Even though they don't have trees there or any tall buildings, it is cool because their houses have two living rooms.

Brittany took a long time to open all of her gifts. This is me while she was opening all of those envelopes. Can you believe that she got almost $500 for her birthday? I can't wait to turn 16.

Brittany had a pinata at her party. I tried my best to get a lot of candy, but there were a lot of teenagers there and since they are bigger than me, I had a little bit of a hard time.

It was Claire's first time to go to New Mexico, too. She liked watching my DVDs with me but she mostly slept the whole way there.

This is my favorite face to make whenever my mom or aunt point their cameras at me.

On the way to Brittany's party in New Mexico, I watched Scooby Doo on my portable DVD player. I don't know what I would do if I had to take a long road trip without it.

Valentine's Day

This is my Valentine party at school. Mom and I made my valentine box at home. It was a love monster. The kids at school liked it. Claire came to my party. Claire snagged as many sweets as she could.

A Kiss from Mrs. Hicks

Mrs. Hicks was in the kissing booth, so I had to give her a big smooch! She LOVES me so much and I love her, too. She made me put this pic on my blog, or she was going to give me an F on my spelling test!

Me and Joey

Sometimes we fight and sometimes we don't. Most of the time I like playing with Joseph. We like a lot of the same things. We love to play Pokemon!

Guess what they are giving away at Burger King? They are giving away Wii's! Can you believe it? I want to try to win one, but I don't know how.

The Polar Express

Mom took me, Jospeh, Claire, and DD to the Polar Express train ride. Dad had to wait in the freezing cold today for over 3 hours just to get our tickets. It was such a fun ride! When we first got on, we were served hot cocoa and cookies. Then, the conductor came by to take photos with him. The train was shaking back and forth so bad that I thought Mom was going to get sick! On the ride, we listened to the story of the Polar Express. When the story was over, we were at the North Pole. We saw the elves and Santa dancing all around! Then, they got on the train with us!! The elves had to check to see if our names were on the nice list. My name was on the nice list, and so was Joseph's and Claire's! Then, Santa came to ask me what I wanted for Christmas. He gave me a bell and then took a photo with me. On the way back home, we all sang Christmas carols. The elves had a trivia game. I guessed two of the questions correctly. I was so excited. I want to go back again next year! This was the first time I have ever been on a REAL train! When we went over the traintracks that crossed the road, the cars had to stop for us. We waved at all of the cars.

First Day of School

This is me on my first day of school. My favorite part about that day was getting to see which of my friends from kindergarten were in my first grade class. My teacher is Mrs. Hicks and I love her. She talks soft to me and she is nice.

My Sister is TWO!

We had her party at Chuck E Cheese because she loves mice. Mom got her a cake with all kinds of little critters on it. She was a little cranky on her birthday because she had to get up real early and didn't get a nap.

My Big Brother

This is my brother, Matthew. He is a Senior at Shallowater and plays football. He is number 77. My favorite part of the game is yelling and eating tons of junk food!
